There was no problem with the airport transfers in either direction. When we arrived in Acapulco,the driver was waiting for us and at the end of the vacation,they said they would pick us up at 3:00 pm and they were only 5 minutes off. Very pleased with the service and how the vacation when. Only problem we had was weather delays in Toronto. We would certainly use your service again. When we arrived in Acapulco, we get "waylaid" by the people from the Mayan timeshare resort and I think we made the driver a bit late for his next ride. Sorry I would recomend your company to other people. Thanks

Both transfers to the hotel from the airport on 2/17/08 and to the airport from the hotel on 2/24/08 were very nice. The drivers were very pleasant and courteous. Both drivers drove very safely. The overall experience was a good one and I would recommend the service to others. Below are my comments. + The price was lower than your competitors. (good) + Paying thru PayPal was reassuring (as far as Internet monetary security goes). It would have been helpful to know up front in your advertising that I was going to pay thru PayPal as opposed to who knows what. I very well might have chose your service based on knowing my payment was going through a reputable source. This is a big issue in using the credit card and knowing where the click of the button will take you, "Click here to pay on-line via PayPal" for example, would be useful. I know I went to several sites and wasted time/effort see what method (security) was offered for paying. Given all sites didn't give good information, I pick the lowest price and "got lucky" that you used PayPal. + The pick up from the airport prompt and not too much waiting around. The only wait time was for other passengers, which is par for what ride I signed up for. (good) ++ I was impressed that my return reservations made on-line the morning before were confirmed by a phone call. That was very comforting. With language barriers make sure the person on the phone mentions the riders name or names (which this call did) and the company that their with. And speak a bit slower if some English person asks to have the message repeated. I try hard to speak and hear as much Spanish as can, after all I was in Mexico, but, being a poor student, I sometimes need the speaker to slow down even if they're speaking English. (very good) + The driver that picked us up for the hotel-to-airport ride was prompt, friendly, courteous, and attentive. (good) ++ The driver that picked us up for the hotel-to-airport ride showed us a paper with our names on it so we knew we were in good hands. (very good) If ever in Acapulco again,

The Airport transfer and the tours we took from Turismo Acapulco were great! Paco was very nice and helped us out with our tour packages without trying to get us to buy anything except what we wanted. The City Tour started our stay in Acapulco perfectly seeing all the sights that your beautiful country has to offer. The Lagoon tour was very interesting and we had a great time with very informed guides for that tour. The horseback riding tour was the greatest! That is something that I have always wanted to do and my Husband planned that as a belated Birthday surprise.The guides were fantastic on that tour as well. The transfer back to the Airport for our journey home was on time just as on all of our tours from your company. Thank you so much for making out stay in Acapulco, Mexico such a beautiful vacation.
