ACA Acapulco Airport Transfers & Shuttle FAQ

What is the price for your services?
Shuttle Service: $15 USD one way arrival service or $25 roundtrip per person. Private Service each way (double for roundtrip): $45 for a 3 seats car, $69 for a 6 seats minivan, $85 for a 10 seats van, $360 for a 42 seats motor-coach. Special rates available for groups of 45 or more. Please call or email for a quote.
How do I make a reservation?
Simply fill out the reservation form and you will be directed to payment section. An e-voucher will be sent to your e-mail account. Please print it out and bring it with you.
What if I misplace the e-voucher?
You will need to present a photo ID to the driver upon arrival.
Where are you located?
Our staff located at ACA airport. After you go through immigration, pick up your luggage and pass customs. At the exit you will see a Turismo Acapulco representative holding a sign with the company's logo or your name.
What if the plane is delayed, cancelled or I miss it?
Our staff is at the airport until the last plane arrives for the day. Don't worry about calling us; we will be awaiting your arrival.
Do drivers speak English?
Yes, all of our staff is bilingual
With the shared service, how many stops will you make?
2 or 3 maximum
How long do I have to wait at the airport?
You will depart from the airport after you have claimed your luggage and passed customs. Talking to the timeshare representatives will certainly cause you a delay. Please avoid them. Maximum waiting time is 15 minutes.
What time is the return pick up?
Our driver will schedule a pick up time when you are dropped off at your hotel.
What kind of vehicles do you have?
We have sedans, 6 seats minivans, 10 seats vans and 40 passengers buses. All of them are new and in impeccable conditions.

We suggest a private service if you have fragile stuff or bulky luggage.
